job hunting again

*insert griping about the number of jobs requiring a driver's license here*
I didn't think yesterday was that hard of a shift, but my thighs are kind of sore for some reason. Poo.

Actually... Would anyone be interested in being hired by me as a driving instructor? I would bus to and from wherever you are, and pay would be negotiable, although I was thinking $15/hour, including gas expenses. I'd definitely like to avoid paying the $40/hour of professional places, and if it gets to that I'd probably actually go to a professional school.

That, too, made me lol.

I'm kind of excited because the sampler DVD for this issue included the first ep. of Emma: A Victorian Romance. The series sounds good enough to buy be responsible enough to not buy, but want to anyway, but it's truly once in a blue moon that I buy anything I haven't seen in its entirety , and I'm certainly not going to buy a series I haven't seen any of. The one other thing I must say about this issue is, I felt a little embarrassed sitting on the bus reading a magazine with a big picture of Goku (or is it Gohan? I can never remember which is which - the adult, anyway) on the cover. Not entirely sure why that would make me any more embarrassed than, say, Ichigo from Bleach or whatever.
