I realized why my stomach's been in such pain in the mornings: my dad's started to get me up before leaving for work to take my medicine, and I just take it without any food. This is a mistake. *munches on a bowl of grapes*
I had to register for orientation at the U of M today. I'd been avoiding it, but I need it to drop my classes. And not because of the orientation hold, either. The orientation hold lets me drop classes, just not add them. No, it's because of my PSEO hold, which they won't release until I attend orientation. So stupid... Anyways, I'm scheduled for orientation on August 31st and September 1st. Note that I said and, not through. This close to school they're not doing the overnight thing, so there's a little less salt to be rubbed into my wounds. *smiles weakly*

One of the co-owners of Blue Nile called me earlier saying that he wants to meet with me - preferably today. He's going to call when he gets done with work (should be around 7:30), and we'll figure something out then. It's only a part-time position, but after having so many rejections, I'll be glad just to gain some "experience points". Plus, the store really is very nice.

I caught the level three Pidgey, and have decided to name it Blue Nile. I gained 20 hrs./wk. of experience points, and more than $6/hr. gold. *does a happy "Pokemon" dance*
