Doctor Who sale

I think I may finally take the Doctor Who DVD plunge.
(You know, it's funny how much more likely I am to spend $30 on four separate DVD purchases than $100 on a single four-DVD set. I think it's just because "installment plans" are less wallet-biting.)

I myself have been thinking about the plunge but I'm waiting until after my birthday in hopes that I might get one of the series as a present. I am also waiting for series 4 to come out and than maybe make the big plunge and buy all 4 of them in a big spend my whole paycheck on a fandom binge.

I always hope to get anime or Doctor Who or whatever as a Christmas or birthday present, and even have a wish list, but... I can't remember the last time I got something off my wish list from my family.
