To my untrained ear, Welsh sounds a bit like Somali:

(For the record, this isn't totally unrelated to my studies: I wanted to know what Welsh sounds like to be able to "paint a better picture" of 3.1 of 1 Henry IV. And with that, back to work.)

Where do you get that? Doesn't sound at all like Somali. It's got all those ch and g sounds.

*shrugs* I tend to think a lot of things look/sound like other things that no-one else would agree with. I though I've heard a bunch of ch sounds in Somali, though... Maybe they were actually speaking Arabic?
