(ie. I typed it up before signing online, so the time is the ending time, not the beginning, but only anal people like me would care. This is how it's gonna be done from now on.)

Yesterday. Ick. 17/25 on my math homework (how'd that happen?!), 51/100 on my test (C+, but a C's failing). Yea... Thank goodness I got to see Patrick (and Allison) afterwards. Oh, we're gonna start a congo line during the Guu OP next weekend! "RABU RABU RABU TOROPIKAANA!" Heh heh heh. (The best part was ganging up with Allison against Patrick - I think we truly terrified him! =P)

So, today has been an interesting day... English was ok. I, unlike most students in the class, actually enjoy the book we're reading, but I don't do well in that class anyway. It's part having a week to read 150-200 pages, rather than daily assignments, and part the policy that all late work is zero points (negative if you don't turn it in at all). I think I've told you this already... Gomen. ^^;
Anyways, then I had physics. We had a test on magnetism that I didn't think I was in any way prepared for, but I think I actually did well on it. *knocks on wood* It's really funny, 'cuz we've only had three assignments in that class, and I had to do two of the labs on a later date. So... Until they're corrected, I have an N (our school's version of an F) in that class - afterwards I should have an A (or at least a B). It also depends on how I did on my test.
After physics I had left and then left to play DDR at Southdale. (I REALLY need the practice.) Unfortunately, the DDR machine was out of order, but they had this other version you play with your hands that I think I'm better at that. I only had 14 tokens and no cash, and this is 2 tokens per game, so I only played 6 games. (2 songs per game - I gave the other two tokens away, but I'll tell you about that shortly.) I really do suck at that game, but it's so much fun, and you can never have too much "Butterfly". =P
So, this guy comes in, and he's standing by the game machine watching me play. I'm making an utter fool of myself, it turns out later. After I'm done, he tells me he's really good at the game, and I give him my last two tokens. (I told you I'd tell you about that later.) He was good... ^^; Apparently he's been playing regularly for the past year. But that's not the real point of the story:
Can you believe he actually asked for my number? I mean, with Patrick we exchanged numbers so I could watch the Cowboy Bebop movie on his DivX player (I now have the codec and Winamp3 for myself). I never thought someone would actually ask for my number without a reason! Anyways, I just told him that I already had a boyfriend. (Even if I didn't, although he seemed really nice, and kinda good-looking, I wouldn't date a 19 year-old anyway.)
What did I do after that?... I browsed the anime and manga at Suncoast. I almost got my hands on the Noir DVD that WASN'T IN MY COPY OF NEWTYPE I GOT FOR CHRISTMAS, but they only had back-copies of the 2nd volume, vs. the 1st. :( Anyways, I just sat on the floor for a while watching their anime ads. Did you know Laputa: Castle in the Sky is coming out on DVD and video? (They're just calling it "Castle in the Sky".) Hasn't Disney learned anything from Mononoke-hime and Sen to Chihiro? Maybe they'r just not putting it in theaters since it's so "old", or something...
I also checked out some other random places. There was this one store, Rhinestones and Ruffles?, with the TACKIEST prom dresses. Chiffon and pinks galore! I'm certainly not going THERE to buy my dress... ^^; Anyways, I went home and watched anime music videos, etc... Not much.
And then my life was miserable.

I'm on my old church's youth council, and Tim (the leader) asked me to come in for about 15 minutes at quarter to 7 to help set up for this concert they were having. (I missed the meeting where we talked about this, as all previous meetings, though this time because I was sick, not because I had class.) I got there at 6:30, and from then 'til quarter after, when my parents picked me up, I didn't have ANYTHING to do but sit and watch a hundred or so teens hanging out with their friends. Is there anything worse than having the fact that you have no social life rubbed in your face? I didn't come for that! I actually was crying on my way home. I know that things will be better when I grow up, and I do have a few good friends now, and a wonderful boyfriend, but... My high-school scrap-book will be... empty. I want build memories of my youth, and all I have are these precious, lonely few. Sometimes I wish I was a normal teen, even if that did mean I carried around a messenger bag with one textbook, a notebook, my make-up, and a cute pen. (Do these people live in an anime or something? I didn't know the real world had super-dimensional storage. ^_^;)
