Garrison Keillor, the crack writer

tsukikageI read the introduction and two chapters from Garrison Keillor's Happy to Be Here to Ann today. It was fun, and the story were... crack... but reading aloud definitely uses different muscles than regular conversation. I wonder why...
Received the replacement for the 2nd GitS:SAC DVD today, popped it into to the DVD player to double-check that it's the right one, and... They sent me another DTS disc. ><; I also got a lot of pencil boards (although the two Gundam seed ones are really too floppy to be of any use as pencil boards) and a mini plushie of some character I've never seen before, as well as an Escaflowne: The Movie and Cowboy Bebop sticker. Anyways, I think I'll keep the Infinite Ryvius pencil board because it's really pretty, but I don't care for the others so if anyone wants them I'll send them to you: 2 Gundam Seed Destiny, 2 Stratos 4, and 1 Dragon Drive.
Still avoiding the last e-mail from my boss, but I suppose I should read it before I go in today. From the part that displays even before you open it, I did see something about letting your coworkers know when you leave, which makes total sense. I really hope Jim doesn't come in today... ^^; Gah, this whole situation has been so embarrassing.
Okay, time to get ready for work. Starting by getting dressed.
