tsukikageWell, I've decided to pull myself away from my friends list in order to do a little blogging. After all, I have a meme to post, and I promised not to do that unless it's preceeded by an entry. ^_^ Before I get into the main part of the entry, though, I'd like to make a brieft complaint: I turned on JaR right as a live broadcast was ending. I mean, it's usually live, but... You know, a live DJ broadcast. Eheh.
So... Today I went out to fill out job applications. Lot of job applications were filled out. Too many. I filled out applications for stores that were hiring (few), stores that weren't (all - few), stores I wanted to work at, stores I didn't want to work at... Oh! Before I did the job application thing, I got my nails re-done. I'm not sure if I like the color, but that's not the point. The point is, why do these places always think you want your nails as long as possible? I mean, I don't have the violin excuse anymore, but it's uncomfortable to write with my thumbnail constantly pushing against my index finger. Plus, I go for the conservative look, and nails three times as long as they are meant to be doesn't quite fit the definition of "conservative".
Anyways, enough about nails. I was talking about job applications. So, I think I was filling out applications for about three hours. Whee. The worst part is, if I don't get a job within a month (ie. 30 days, not the end of July), I'll have to re-apply to all of these places. Yuck! ^^;

P.S. My parents watched the next episode of 6 Feet Under without me, and I don't want to watch it alone, so... *sticks out tongue at parental units*
P.P.S. Going to Mom's company picnic next Thursday. I won't be at MAS, but this is more important. Also, she wants to take me to my next appointment with Dr. Orman (which was also the latters suggestion/request).
