It's strange, but for some reason I find the beginning of Get Over (Special Mix) (the one used during the last episode of Hikaru no Go) kind of haunting.
Submitted an e-mail with what I suppose would be called a mini-CV and a copy of my resume to The Chocolate Factory at the Mall of America. I've been chugging along fairly dilligently at this application to Buckle when I hit a major roadblock: they require street addresses for all of my references, which I don't presently have, plus one of my three references' phone number seems to be out of service. I got a phone number for someone else I've worked with more recently and left him a message, so hopefully I can use him instead, but that still leaves three people that need to call me back before I can move forward with this application. There's also the minor blunder that I accidentally applied to the wrong location (Rosedale instead of the Mall of America), but seeing as they asked for you to apply to only one location and position, I think the application gets shared everywhere so it should be okay.
*sighs* Well, I guess until I get these phone calls returned I'll have to move on to other applications. At least this one can be saved so I don't have to start over.
