remote replacement

tsukikageFound a replacement for my TV remote (the power button broke off and the battery cover's lost) for only $27.61 including shipping, but I only have $30.80 in the bank right now and I have a $4 low-balance fee coming in at the end of the month, so I'll have to deposit the money from my change jar tomorrow.
I'll possibly be working 3 or 5 to close (dunno when close is) this Saturday - I hope I got the shift. Still haven't really gotten moving on the job hunt... :-/

akaneko at 2 for tea/handing over of the Fafner light novel, that's basically exactly when I woke up. Raise your hand if you're surprised. (She baked me some sort of bars, too... :()
She'll be leaving for Mori no Ike Friday or Saturday, and I have to volunteer Wednesday night and I'll be working 7-11 Thursday, so... I dunno. Maybe I can drop it off tomorrow before going to the MLC? I was sort of looking forward to hanging out with her, since we haven't been more than acquaintances and she's a cool person. Not to mention, tea and home-made baked goods are yummy. You know what, maybe I should actually call her and ask about tomorrow, rather than just talking about it to myself here. *posts this entry and calls Laura*
