Shinesman Salmon Pink!

tsukikageI just watched the first episode of Shinesman with my 4-year-old cousin (while Ann and Dad were taking a nap). ^_^; But it did say it was rated 3 and up, so I figured it would be okay, and the good guys fighting aliens seemed to keep him from getting too bored. I also watched the 20th episode of Azumanga Daioh and 1st episode of NieA_7 with him. He wanted to watch R.o.D, since he likes playing with my Anita and Al (from Last Exile) figures, but I wasn't sure if maybe that would be too sexual for his age? Eh, it probably would've been fine. I'm surprised none of the things I showed him bored him, though. Or rather, that they didn't bore him enough to admit it when I asked him if he wanted to do something else.
Anyways, speaking of Shinesman, the DVD just arrived today but one of the tabs on the case is broken, so the bottom half of the case doesn't shut (as in it won't stay shut, not it's blocked from shutting). Suck.
I really want to play with Zach more, but I guess such is life. Hopefully he'll come over again some time this summer.
Okay, back to working on homework and listening to Azumanga.
