World, will you stop being so fucking inconsistent?
I don't care if you're inconsistent with respect to your different parts, but within each part would you please be consistent?
Within one album's packaging? Or within one textbook? Or even, for heaven's sake, within one chapter of a textbook?
Also, I know this is all I ever say sometimes, but this fucking sentence hates me. I'm mostly untangling it, but... *sighs frustratedly, takes a swig of Pepsi, then continues working*

Q refers to T->C, yes/no questions, whereas WH refers to interrogatives. Like, such a C might be, ", which it was", as opposed to "which was it?" +Q+WH.

Ooooh, I see now. I was just assuming that because a CP contains an interrogative it would have to be a question.
