tsukikageSometimes I wonder how much of my Ativan's effect is merely placebo.
Other times I wonder what would happen if I took five or ten pills at once.
To be honest, having the Ativan has helped me to control my panic attacks better. When I learned that Ativan can be addictive if taken on a regular basis, I started making a point of only taking it when I was sure one was coming on... Also, I forget to bring it with me into the bathroom when I take a shower, and I feel like I have a responsibility to make sure I don't have to get out of the shower dripping-wet to calm a psychological... thing.
I need to learn to take my Ativan more when I get overwhelmed by work... But how do I strike a balance?
