Do you mean the single for Heart Station/Stay Gold or the new CD? There is /always/ a First Press, and it's still available for Heart Station/Stay Gold because it hasn't been released. I'm sure there will be one for the new CD, but they haven't made an official announcement so CDJapan doesn't list First Press.
