Why are Japanese CDs so friggin' expensive? (Because the product is higher quality...)

Japanese school swimsuits on J-List! And I wouldn't even have to worry about my hair sticking out!
Yeah, yeah, I know, they have swimsuits with such cuts in the U.S... The question is, do they have them without old-lady floral print?
(And no, I'm not actually thinking about buying this, although it'll be in the back of my head in case my current one ever needs replacing.)

I have some minor angsting going on in attempting to pre-order Hikki's new album. The first issue is whether or not I should order a second CD to save that whole 150 yen ($1.50) in shipping. In the end, the answer to that is probably no, since it would be $1.50 off of $65, which really isn't much of a discount at all. The second issue is is there anything else I actually want? I want to get Hikki's other four albums (which I previously bought and lost ^^;), or maybe a new album that's coming out so I can get the first press (like ASIAN- KUNG-FU GENERATION's new album, World World World). Choices, choices.

I'm hungry, and the milk to put on the cereal is probably still frozen from this morning. Stupid temperature dial that always gets bumped...

P.S. I knew it! SARS is fansubbing HachiKuro! :) (It just seemed like that was right up their alley.) Although I will say that they chose a kind of random image for the series... I can't even figure out who that is. ><;

P.P.S. *sighs* It's that time again: time to work on my SAP suspension appeal. I hate writing.

The icon-sized image SARS used for the right hand side of their website? That's Ikuta Toma (Yūta Takemoto). You watched Hana Yori Dango 2 and at least one episode of HanaKimi, right? XD

That's Takemoto? Now, I watched the first episode, but somehow I don't recognize him even so.
Is that him out of character?
And yes, I saw all of HanaDan 2 and maybe 3 or 4 episodes of HanaKimi.

To me it looks like that picture was lifted from a magazine photoshoot or promo or something. His hair looks more like his normal shade than the one used in the show.

FWIW when I was in school we did have bathing suits like that but ours had SKIRTS ON THEM. I guess things do change slightly!

I actually didn't mind the skirt so much, really, but yeah, I wonder if you can get skirt bathing suits in the US now (one piece - I know there's some two-piece) that don't have hideous flowers on.

Yay for the low cut suits though, absolutely. Similar issues. :) My current nicer suit actually has shorts on the bottom[1], the other one I have I got hand-me-down from the neighbor, it does have a skirt, but is a crazy scary horrid houndstooth check pattern that makes even ugly flowers look good in comparison...

[1] Whole thing is pretty much a shorts set made out of quick dry special fabric. It's quite good for going out to the pool and being able to do something else afterward and no one needs to know it's obviously a bathing suit, it looks kinda tennis-esque.
