yay, camera!

First, regarding the bridge collapse, me and my family are fine.
Second, my digital camera arrived today. :) It's a 3.2 mega pixel Canon PowerShot A70, and I'm borrowing my dad's user guide (we have the same kind of camera now) to learn how to use it. Actually, I called dad from work today and he told me about it and said I should pick up a compact flash card on the way home, so I stopped by Target to get one and, long story short, accidentally came home with a SONY Memory Stick PRO Duo. Which is pretty much useless for me. But at least I got a cheap travel alarm and some underwear.
So yeah, I'm gonna go to Coffman tomorrow and pick up a wall adapter for my iPod and an actual compact flash card, and I'll return the memory stick some time later this week.
(To anyone who's weirded out by my lack of sombriety... I just roll with the punches a bit too easily, I guess.)

[EDIT: Yay! I'm learning to use my camera! Wish I could upload pictures already, though...]

Glad to hear you're safe. I was shocked to hear about 35W collapsing like that. O_O;
