results of my dental visit

So, I have two dead teeth ("non-vital" in dental speak, apparently): my ick tooth and the one next to it towards the center. However, from the exam and x-ray, there doesn't appear to be a cavity in either tooth (the discoloration in my ick-tooth is just from the poor enamel), so there's no urgency in getting them taken care of. I was given the option of getting something like a temporary glass (?) filling that would smoothen things out until September, but I decided that I can live with a bit of extra self-consciousness until September rather than paying whatever it would have cost today.
They did say, however, that at some point I may need a root canal done on my ick-tooth, so I'm definitely not looking forward to that. ^^;
2.5 hours to kill before heading back to Moos for M.A.S. Perhaps I shall take a nap.
