In which I'm far more girly that usual.

A bit of randomness: I'm vaguely considering getting my hair cut into a more Miyazawa-esque length. 彼女本当に奇麗だもんな（特に漫画の）。あたしに似てるのかしら、そのスタイル。 Then again, bangs are a royal pain, and I still rather like having long hair like I do. (If only I had the skill to put my hair up in a larger variety of styles...)
I'm trying on some of the clothes I bought on Sunday, but I'm not sure if it goes together well or not. (Again, I can only pull it off at all because I'm indoors and don't need to wear shoes.) In any case, I'm wearing a black tank-top with a built-in bra with this top and this skirt, and the top layer of my hair is gathered with a dark blue marble barrette I got a long time ago. I did realize having too much of the white of my skirt showing through the top looks a bit silly, so I decided to pull the tank top over the skirt rather than leaving it tucked in, but I'm still not sure if the top and skirt go together quite right.
もう、どうしてもあたしの買ったサンドレス見つけられないのよ。 I guess it looks sort of like this, only it's full-length and in a sort of green/yellow plaid design. Eh, I'll just have to take a picture of it sometime.
Okay, back to work on my paper. As usual, with a thesis as "there is no answer" as this one, I don't know how I'm gonna pull of the length requirement.

[EDIT: I asked Alana, and she pointed out that it's probably to much flowiness at once: I should wear the skirt with a more fitting top, or the top with straighter bottom. I think also the top may be a bit to long for the length of the skirt.]

I think I'd have to see the clothes together and/or on you to give you good fashion advice here; this isn't the sort of thing you can do long distance.

*nods* You're probably right. Anyways, I just had dad take a picture of me in said outfit, as well in the dress I couldn't find on the Target website, so I'll upload those after he sends them.
