I need to talk. Just talk. As in ramble about whatever comes into my mind. So in order to not get distracted and ancy... *puts on MOSTLY CLASSICAL*
That's a little better, but I still don't know what to talk about. I seriously don't blog enough for my own good. Whenever I have the desire to write, it's just because I want to slap out some paragraph onto the world's face, or something. (Let's just pretend that made sense, OK kids?)

Let's start with what I did today. So, at around two this morning (maybe a little earlier), I realized that I needed to go to bed, but my usual hatred of this daily routine kicked in. I'm fine taking naps in the middle of the day, even for four or five hours at a time, but I hate going to sleep. So what I did was I turned on the light furthest from my bed (turning off all of the other lights), and went to lay down for what I told myself was an hour-long nap. That seemed to work fairly well, so I may try it again. It's still weird, though...
So after waking up around 8, I kept on trying to send myself back to sleep, which seemed to succeed in half-hour-long spurts. Finally, around 11:30, I actually got up and went right to my computer. Yay, computer addiction! Not long afterwards Pat called to say he was on his way home. Originally Pat was going to be coming home tomorrow, after visiting his friend Donna in New Jersey, but for some reason that I don't recall, his carpool mutually decided to return a day early. It's kind of weird that he's not visisting her, especially since I don't think he's ever met her in person and they're pretty close friends. I was even thinking that they might go on a date... Anyways, I'm certainly not complaing - I just feel a bit guilty, or something.

Later Eric ([profile] neonblackcrayon) IMed me and decided that he wanted to go to the mall, so we did. Yay, spontaneity! One of the first things I did when we got there was buy myself some Ramune at Suncoast, then I proceeded to throw away the plastic wrapper. Along with the push-piece. Yay, me. ^^; Well, I didn't want to throw away a good bottle of carbonated sugar-water, so I went back in to Suncoast and bought a second bottle and used the push-piece on both. And the weirdest thing was, Eric thought I was stupid for spending $6.36 on 400 mL of carbonated sugar-water with a marble in it. Blasphemy!

[OK, Ann just told me there was a message on the voice mail for me, so I'm gonna go check it now. BRB.]
[It was from Pat. so I'm going to call him now and post this. I'll write more later.]
