tea ceremony demonstration volunteers needed

I'm writing to let everyone on my f-list (who live in the Twin Cities, anyway) know that my tea ceremony class at the U is looking for volunteers to help with a tea ceremony demonstration (making tea, passing out tea and sweets, etc.) on Tuesday, March 20th from 5 to 7 pm. A tea master from Japan will be present to perform the ceremony, and we are expecting 50-100 guests. No experience is needed, but if you would like to help out please come to our practice session for approximately a half hour between 10 am and noon tomorrow (Wednesday, March 7th) in Nolte 229 so we can show you what you will be doing. Your help would be greatly appreciated.
