I know this is a long shot, and I should probably try some Kodocha comms. next, but does anyone here know where I could get a scan of the track listing from The Best Collection? I recently downloaded the mp3s off of Galbadia Hotel, but I need to rename the files and tags (*points to the Current Music section to show you the tags I was given*), and I'm kinda anal about using the "official" track names. (If only I hadn't lost said CD years ago. :-/)

Usually CDJapan will have a track list, and usually if you can find the CD on their English site it'll have a link to the CD on their Japanese site so you can get the "official" Japanese track names.

Or you can always try amazon.co.jp.

I tried that and looked around google for about an hour, but it's a really old series in Japan and all of the soundtracks are now quite out of print. Also, it seems that that particular soundtrack is not quite a bootleg, but a CD actually put together SonMay that never had an official Sony CD.

Eh heh, nm, the ACTUAL CDs are on Amazon, though you can't buy them directly. Still, that particular CD isn't on Amazon, which suggests that what I'm hearing about this particular soundtrack not being an offical CD is right.
