Anyone in the Twin Cities area have any favorite Japanese restaurants they want to recommend?

Sorry...don't know any in Minneapolis/St. Paul, but if you ever for some reason find yourself up in Fargo-Moorhead, 雪花 (Yuki-Hana) is really really good. It's technically Japanese/Korean place, but the sushi is amazing.

I've been wanting to try them out for a while, actually. Thanks for reminding me.

I used to go to Kikugawa when I was in the Twin Cities. It's good food (Japanese businessmen take clients there, and I hear that NW uses them to cater for flights to Japan), but they're really expensive.
