U for Utada

Just got back from seeing V for Vendetta at the second-run theater by my housewith Michi-chan. Made me think about a lot of things, including my pacifism. In ways, it re-affirmed it, but in others... I'd like to believe I'd rather not defend myself than kill another, but could such a non-violent revolt really work to defend a country from a fascist government? How many lives would be lost if we didn't use any violence? And would I really rather live in that sort of society than not take any lives?
I also wish I could extract my fear of death from my pacifistic beliefs...

In other news, I removed BLUE from my CD Japan order, leaving ULTRA BLUE. Only 7 days until the CD comes out, then maybe a week or two more until it arrives. ^_^

It's hard to get over you when something as simple as a summer night makes me miss you...
