All I can say is this: thank god for Ativan. I still wonder, though, how much of it is merely placebo effect... I mean, I can usually supress my panic attacks long enough to find the medicine, so maybe my self-calming has more of an effect than the pill.
Why can't I even read the Star Trek encyclopedia without getting a panic attack?!
