Ugh. I am a total retard. I just finished brushing my teeth with my fluoride gel, and right after spitting it out I take a big swig of water to rinse my mouth. ><; I'm too lazy to do it over again, so I'm just rinsing my mouth with ACT right now.

Sounds like too much thinking to me, but maybe I'm a little lazy. Is there a special need for fluoride gel as opposed to plain old mouthwash?

My dentist said I should use it. My teeth are in dangerous shape.
