tsukikageCrazy... My BT upload rate has been consistantly above 85 kBps for the last 10 minutes... My theoretical up and down are supposed to be 32 kBps each... I'm certainly not complaining (although I wonder why my download is never "crazy" like that.. *pouts*), but I'm severely confused.
