Damn, I've forgotten how much I love cheddar. I mean, I think I'm gonna marry it. And our first-born child, male or female, will be named Cheddar II, a.k.a. Cheddar Jr., because Cheddar is a name that can be used for both genders, like "Sam". Or maybe we'll adopt Cheddar II, so if I survive my husband, I can marry Cheddar Jr. without commiting incest. Yeah, that sounds good to me. :)]

I like sharp cheddar from grocery stores, but if it's from a real cheddar place I can only handle mild.
