I fell asleep last night, I've decided not to go to my linguistics final or attempt to finish my paper, and I'm planning on dropping out of school

You do realize what a mistake that is, right?

I dropped out of college 3 years ago, and I wish I'd never done it, for the failure I've become.

I know how hard it is, believe me, but in order to really get anywhere, you've got to have the education, unless you want to do shitty part-time jobs for the rest of your life.

Think about what you're doing, that's the only advice I can give.

what about acedemic probation? Sure, it sucks, but it's better than completely giving up.

DON'T give up! Don't be a baby and take the easy way out and quit. Fight until the end. If you fail you fail, but if you quit ...

Having a degree REALLY makes a difference in this world. My girlfriend doesn't ahve one and she can't get a good, high-end job with good benefits and such largely because of that.

You've taken the class, even if you missed your study time, you're not uneducated on the subject matter. Take the bloody final and do the paper. You have enough knowledge and power to pass them.

I didn't really take the class... I didn't attend most of the classes, and didn't actually read the book...
Besides, I could always return to school after five or ten years...
But the truth is, I'm having second thoughts about this, so... I dunno.
