1) Spelling and Grammar:
Just as a reminder, essay quizzes should be proofed before being submitted. Despite being online and seemingly informal, your responses are held to college-level standards for spelling and grammar. Wish I'd read that before I submitted my quiz... Oh well, I'll just hope my fingers and/or brain didn't fail me.
