hypocritcal textbook
Oct. 31st, 2005 01:27 amSo, the LASK chapter I just finished reading was all about how hilighting = BAD and using the margins of your textbook (when they're big enough) = GOOD. So, I was thinking that after finishing that chapter and learning all the recommendations they had on annotating I'd put down my hilighter for the next chapter and put what I'd learned into practice. One problem. This is one of those textbooks that doesn't have enough margin space to annotate in. Smart move, Ms. Nist and Holschuh. (What's the plural form of "Ms." anyway? What about other titles and their abbreviations?)

Date: 2005-11-02 08:09 pm (UTC)Actually, it's simply because I've never felt the need to advertise it, and because Trekkies have such a bad rap, I don't want people to associate me with the uber-obsessive-danger-Trekkie. As though anime fans are any better. XD
And yay for Picard! And Riker! *fangirls* Also, I love Data, and I really have no idea why.
