Apparently Riverbend Common is going to become Yudof Hall this September. So that's why all the RBC (YF, I guess) staff has "Yudof Hall" embroidered on their shirts.
I must say, this is not a change I'm particularly enthusiastic about. Riverbend Commons is such a pretty name, and "Yudof Hall" is so... not.
Blech. Blechity blech.

At least the rootbeer floats were good.

According to the University of Texas web site (this is where he left the U of M for) he was at Minnesota from 1997 to 2002. I don't see how a 5-year run gets you a hall named after you ^_^;

I'm trying to create a conspiricy within the security monitor program in which we would continue to call it Riverbend Commons. Seriously, they should name one of the stupider named buildings after him. Like Baurlag hall- Which was probably named after someone who actually did something for the University....
