Try redownloading it from #tv-nihon? It might have become corrupted, that's happened to me a few times using bittorrent.

Gah it was like, every episode had to load and I kept having to hit stop and play until the pictures would unfreeze and play cause otherwise I didn't know what they were saying at the start (cause you know, subs) and it was so annoying. A few episodes did that but idk I think it was just due to loading. SO annoying.
