Had my first day of class today - yay! Also got my water conditioner and betta gravel from Patrick, and gave him my DVD burner (to put in my new computer).
When I got home I read half of the first chapter and stopped at the kissing fishies part.
Dad got home and seemed really happy. He asked how my first day was and gave me a big hug. That was really, really nice.
Later, though, the topic of LASK came up. I told him that I was going to stick with that class until the 100% refund deadline and see if I got that job at Chico's, in which case I would pay for both classes myself. Dad said that if I wait it out, he'd retract the offer, meaning that if I don't get a full-time job I don't get to take syntax either. I'm nearly positive that I won't get the Chico's job, but it's still really hard to hit that drop class button.
*sighs*

How do I turn iTunes' fade-between off?

To turn iTunes' fade-between off you need to go Preferences (under iTunes), click "audio" and put the "crossfade playback" slide-bar at zero.
