fraudulent bank activity

Fucking assholes in this world. I've lost my check card enough times in my life, and I take responsibility for that, but this is the first time someone's actually taken my card and used it. They spent $13.35 at SuperAmerica and $250.15 at Target. Of course I called TCF right away, and have a claim letter typed up and signed to have my dad fax in on Monday. I also asked dad if I can borrow some money from him to pay my UMN bill either until my claim comes through or I get my next paycheck, whichever is first. Unfortunately, there is reason to believe my claim will be denied, since the two fradulent transactions had timestamps before my last authorized use of my account, and since the Target transaction was reported as having my security code correctly keyed in (?!). Anyways, I hope I get the benefit of the doubt.
Anyways, I have a headache, and have spent far too much time tonight worrying about shit, so I'm probably going to go to bed now.
