Nena musics
May. 11th, 2007 07:54 pmJust bought Willst du mit mir gehn by Nena on iTunes, and am listening to the title track now. Not bad, but I should probably listen to the album a couple more times before I make any judgements.
Oh yeah, I did my oral interview today, which means that Japanese 3032 is officially over for me. One less thing to stress about - yay!
P.S. I just checked my grades today, and while I got a B last semester, I got an A this semester. Look what happens when you actually attend class regularly!
P.P.S. I've been looking a bit at SignWriting, and while I can imagine that it would be far more intuitive to read than, say, Stokoe notation, I imagine that one major downside of it would be that it would be quite hard to write by hand, such as if you want to leave a memo for a friend. (Of course, I can imagine people very quickly developing a "simplified" version for use when writing by hand... And here it is!) I must say, though, looking at some pages out there on the internet, I seriously don't get some people's reactions to written sign language, most commonly "but can't they just write in English?". Ummm...
