Whee! Back from Pat's and work, and sitting at my own computer, eating extra cheese pizza. To be honest, as wonderful as Papa Murhpy's pizza is, it needs toppings. The cheese alone tastes kinda funky.
Anyways, the work schedule for November is done, and I'm scheduled to work 11 days. As in less than three a week.

I've generally been getting five hours of work a day, so if those hours continue, I'll likely be making around $250 this month. Bye bye, spring semester.
I'm thinking that instead of looking for a second job, I'm going to wait until someone's willing to hire me at sure full-time hours, and then quit Papa Murphy's. This may take a while... ^_^; In the mean time, Tae Kwon Do and satellite are definitely on hold.

Ann dropped off my high school textbooks today, and they gave her my diploma. I don't want to throw it away, but... What am I supposed to do with it? It doesn't mean anything. *sighs*

How can you say that your high school diploma doesn't mean anything??

Lot's of people don't even graduate...are you planning on college??

I'm planning on eventually earning my Ph.D. I guess the reason I could take it or leave it is that I didn't achieve what I was determined to achieve in high school, so it doesn't feel like an achievement at all.

Well, it's a stepping stone, and an important one. What do you want to get your PhD in??

Probably linguistics. I want to be a college professor when I grow up.

Your userinfo says that you're a NASA aerospace engineer...

That is correct. I am a Robotics Flight Controller here at the Johnson Space Center in Houston Texas.

I am also pursuing my Masters Degree in Technical Management.

But I haven't grown up ~just~ yet. I am 29 but 19 at heart...*smile*

I should have known better. ^_^ Actually, when I was younger I wanted to be an Aerospace Engineer and design a "starship Enterprise" for when the sun died. The idea still appeals to me, but other possibilities have taken priority.

Well, the sun will be around for Billions of years to come so we don't need to worry...humans will be long gone by then.

Aerospace Engineering is fun!!
