[DL] 11.5 part 2

tsukikageSo then we were going to go to the basilica, but it was getting kinda late, and we figured we'd had enough for one day. We went to his house and just hung out. Around 18 (?) his mom called us to go to R.C. Dick's to get some stuff for dinner. As usual, we had to cross the evil diamond intersection, but we just didn't cross at the designated crosswalks. They're so counter-intuitive... ^^; Since we had some extra money, and we had already bought strawberries for his parents, we decided to get some angel food cake for dessert. (Strawberry shortcake... Yummy!) Then we went back, but it turned out his parents didn't have whipped cream as he had thought, so we had to go back and get some. And then we had to fill the car with gas. And then... That was all. ^_^
For dinner we had chicken with olives and artichoke hearts (I gave him my artichokes), some rice and parmesan dish (I forgot the name), salad, and I think that was all. Strawberry shortcake for dessert. ^_^ It was really nice, because one of his step-sisters (not quite, but it's a long story) came home for spring break. She's really nice. (Then his other sister kept burping really loudly without saying exuse me. ^^;)
We went back up to his room for a while, and went home about 22:30. I was originally going to come home at 19, but mom said I could stay later if I wanted, so I told her 21, but dinner was late, so I called again saying 22, and I ended up coming home at 23 without getting a chance to pick up my stuff from my dad's. So smooth... ^^;
So, yea. That was my 11.5 hours with Patrick. It's been too long! But now that he's not going to be working at that computer camp this summer, I need to decide whether I want to get a summer job. I decided I would since I could be scheduled on days when he was working, but now... Eh, I'll decide later. I really need the money though... And something to put on college applications. I think I'm going to, but I'll try to get hours that work well. But... Grr... Patrick, summer jobs, studying for the ACT, MAS, vacations... TOO MUCH JUNK IS GOING ON FOR SUMMER!
Oh, Rob and Reiko Imrie came over for dinner yesterday, but, can you guess? You got it! I'll tell you about that later. ^_^;
