Doctor: Not enough.

I'm really weirded out by there being two black man in the president's security force in 1969. The civil rights movement wasn't THAT developed at that point, was it?

Doctor: Rory, would you mind going with her?
Rory: Yeah. A bit.
Doctor: Then I appreciate it a little more.

ETA: My theory? River is Amy and Rory's child (or possibly just Amy's?), and also the person who kills the Doctor (as a child) (i.e., the Doctor is the one River is in prison for killing). I mean, she did say the person she killed was "A very good man. Best man I've ever known".

Going on a bit of a shipping streak and skipping to the juicy parts of "Journey's End": "He needs you. That's very me." Guh!

That is the same theory that my friend Kathleen came up with while we were watching it! Well, the child part anyway.

nm I see how that could have been misconstrued. she didn't think that river killed the doctor, esp as a child
