夢の中へ? It's from 彼氏彼女の事情. The anime's pretty good, although it suffers from GAINAX syndrome, which is basically the end sucking badly partly because of the budget running out (although Wikipedia informs me that there's more behind the bad ending than that). When I read the manga, though, I decided it's one of my favorite stories in either anime or manga
