My composition class wants me to make a professional-looking chart using data from this video.
Too bad most of the data are unrelated to each other, at least in a graphing sense. ><; Ah well, the pickings may be slim, but at least there's a little bit to work with.

Does it have to be all of the data? You could compare some other statistic against a stated statistic from the video. Or else, find a few items that all run on the same scale e.g. % x in y, etc. and compare those. Also, does it have to be a single chart?

Also, this is a lame assignment. They should provide you a real data set, which would be the actual real world scenario. Also, is this an excel/office professional class? What are you doing making a chart and not writing up something about it?

FA #3- Creating a Professional Visual

Watch the YouTube video on Social Media Revolution posted in the Weekly Materials folder. Choose at least two specific statistics shown in the video to represent in a visual fashion as one chart or graph. You must create this chart or graph from scratch to represent the main point of this data in the most successful fashion. Do not pick a set of data that is too simple or too complicated. You may pick and choose any data you wish, but your graph should have a coherent main point.

You can use any kind of diagram or chart, either from Word or Excel, to create your visual, but it must be a good match for the data being represented. You must also consider how best to clearly label the data so that it is easy to understand.

You may use pictures, clip art, or any other visual image of your choice. But it must still look professional overall. Be careful of using too much formatting, too many colors, or too many pictures. See the How to Create a Chart page in the Weekly Materials folder.

Remember, charts and graphs are most successful when they are simple and easy to read!

I will be grading on the following:

· Clearly expresses main point of information
· Formatted properly
· Clearly labeled
· Looks professional

So, yeah... It is a pretty lame/useless assignment.

I still declare this a stupid assignment to have in an English class.
