essay I want to read

There's an essay out there entitled "Give an account of Shakespeare and Education, showing why you think they are effective and what you have appreciated about them. Support your comments with precise references." which I really want to read. I'm guessing the Parkland library won't have it, but perhaps if the U of I's library does I can read it on-site (on site?).

I tried the internet... But all the hits were just mentions in bibliographies. WTF?
