holding in farts?

Me: Probably me farting.
Mary: Oh, don't do that.
Me: o.O It's not like I can hold it in indefinitely.

And now I'm self-conscious about it, and it's made my bowels feel uncomfotable, and there isn't enough pressure to let it out. Maybe she's right and it'll go away altogether? But, seriously?

Ah, there we go. The pressure built up again and I was able to let it out. Luckily it was smaller and quieter this time, so she didn't hear it.

Farting is normal. I was watching Dr. Oz yesterday and people should fart every day, it's healthy lol. But really unless you're going to be taking Gas X or something all the time just let it go xD
