Just Stick It

I'm seriously tired of people telling me I should cut my hair. I may be curious about shorter hair styles, but I love having long hair, and am not willing to sacrifice a year of growth for a hairstyle makeover, regardless of current opinions of the suitability or cuteness of long hair. (Today my ccosmetologisst co-worker offered to cut my hair for me, and she and my self-admitted metro co-worker looked through a magazine to get ideas.)
I'm also a bit tired of people implying that my clothes are inadequate, especially when they're not outright awful. With rare exceptions, I wear them because I like them.
I think I left my iPod dock adapter at Best Buy and my bike helmet... somewhere. I called two of the three places I went about the helmet, and niether of them had it, which isn't a good sign... I'll have to make sure to give myself enough time to travel until I either retrieve my old helmet and get a new one. Not many people show up in the area I left my adapter at, so I think there's a good chance it'll be there when I go to work tomorrow.

Alright, the facial expression in the icon is quite appropriate, but I suppose considering my own opinions of Akira's fashion choices...

Although I like my short hair, I really miss my long hair. But I also hated having long hair because it was a pain in the ass. The grass is always greener.
