I told you there was a nasty cliffhanger in 45. ^O^
I'd just like to remind you that SMLA has already deviated greatly from the manga plotline, so there is no guarantee that what was implied at the end of ep 45 actually happened. :) (And yes I do have some idea of what happened since I just skimmed 46 raw - will watch later.)
