BBC was talking about a situation in the Australian parliament where one of the members' child was ejected from the hall before a vote, and the member wants to have the policies looked at to make them more family friendly. Umm... Seriously? Why was your child even at your work, regardless of the fact that your job is being a member of parliament? Excepting take your child to work day and having your family pick you up after the work day is over, you either need to put your child in daycare or stay home from work if something comes up where they can't go to daycare.
