For someone who's seen only 37 episodes of Bleach and the first movie, this song has me unreasonably excited to see the third movie.
Also, it totally kicks Melissa's ass.
I do think they used a slightly different version in the trailer, though. The singer's voice sounds kind of metallic in the single, and I don't remember that from the trailer... But I might just have a memory.
I'm also excited that the PAPERMOON single came out. It's not an amazing song, but I do think it's one of the better Soul Eater themes, and I'll admit that associating a song with a series I've spent a lot of time watching and enjoying tends to kick up my enjoyment of the song itself.
Alright, caught up on MAS shows (god I love Princess Tutu...) and I've done some Henry V reading, so I think it's time to bed, seeing as I have to catch the bus at 7:58 and all.

[EDIT: Okay, so, I ended up not going to bed right away and watched episode 9 of Pari-hen instead, and as always, there's some excellent Nodame/Chiaki cuteness with their poses and demeanor during the bedtime story. They just look so comfortable with each other. *smiles widely*

Hence the reason I'm not as entirely in love with Nodame Cantabile as everyone else. Just once in awhile, I'd like Chiaki to give us some sort of inkling that he actually...y'know...cares. 99% of the first season I felt like he barely tolerated Nodame as a friend, much less anything more. Then again, I haven't watched this current season - maybe the relationship is a little less one-sided.
Stupid ice-cubes and their not-like-I-care-or-anything mentality...

It's the tsundere thing, but people don't recognize it cause it's the guy here.

Oh no, I completely recognize it as the tsundere thing. I recently have come to terms with the fact that I'm in love with the tsundere stereotype. Example, the boy in the icon (who is basically Chiaki in High School...but that's a rather complicated cross-over, even if it is giggle-worthy). But Chiaki is far too much "tsun" without much of the "dere." Which basically just amounts to him acting as if he /really/ doesn't care, as opposed to him acting like he "doesn't care." It slightly frustrates me.

On the other hand, this never seems to bother Nodame. What I find interesting is that the one who seems to care the least is the one who acts the most bothered when the other one doesn't seem to care. (Delayed response yay.)
