I want to go back to WaMu...
And tangentially related:
When I told them that I had cancelled the automatic transfer online a year ago, the representative replied that THE CANCELLATION IS ONLY EFFECTIVE FOR 1 YEAR FROM WHEN IT IS PLACED, AND THEN THE AUTOMATIC TRANSFER REQUEST IS REINSTATED!!
Wow.. That's really f-ed up.
