One of my mom's co-workers went back to Singapore and apparently my mom found out she had a vacuum cleaner she wouldn't be bringing with her, and knowing that I've been wanting a new vacuum cleaner, she got it for me. ^_^ Not only that, but the bookshelf she was using as a shoe stand but was planning to give away after the current round of renovations is now available for me. So, come Thursday I'll have both a vacuum cleaner and a bookshelf, and possibly a box full of Star Trek VHS tapes. ^_^
Now, if only I could find an mp3 of the original You Gonna Feel mix...
Oh, also, I found out my SELF loan quarterly payments got kicked up to monthly payments since Firstmark got word from the U that I'm not at least half-time. Which would be good in it's own way (actually making payments towards the principal) if it weren't for my hours being on the downturn.
