So, I just created an LJ account for my dad, jamestdr. I hope he doesn't get pissed, but I'd really like him to start following my journal. I think that's really the only way in which I can be honest with him about what's going on in my life - even things that write in friends' only posts. And if there's something I really decide I don't want him to know about, I've created a special filter for that purpose. Of course, if he's going to read it regularly, I'm going to have to get into the habit of putting cuts on memes, etc.

Hm... maybe I should make one for my dad too. Then again, his gf has a journal and I have her on my friends list... so she probably lets him see it anyway ;p
