I has 16 oz. of Dragonwell (which I was 100% out of, and which Ann's reimbursed me for) and a new thermos! (Of course, new thermos is exactly the same as old thermos, only, umm, new.)
Also got a new tin of maccha and some green tea latte candy, as well as a two-cup pot of Orchid Plum Green which I refilled with water once to pour into a cup for the bus home.
I also looked for some new shoes when I was at Target (my tennis shoes are in really bad condition), but their selection of women's tennis shoes was crap. I did, however, find a really nice pair of loafers which would make good semi-formal shoes, but they didn't have any that were in black and my size. :( It's so rare do find dress shoes that I actually like, too! Boo...
I'll also say that when I was at Borders they had a really shiny boxed set of all the Miyazaki movies (okay, not counting things like Lupin or Porco Rosso, I'll admit) for $200. Unfortunately, I already have 4 of the movies 7 movies, and I didn't really have $200 of free money, so... But I really need to get Nausicaa, Howl's, and Totoro. And maybe replace my very damaged Laputa case. And check if my parents are right that my Spirited Away disc is damaged. I did get a few manga and light novels, including the most recent volume of Peacemaker and the GitS 2: Innocence novelization. And no, I won't be reading them any time soon. 'xcept maybe for the Peacemaker manga.
Again with random dude at the bus stop calling me beautiful. Creepy, and total B.S., but whether it's because he didn't speak English and I don't speak Spanish there was nothing any creepier than that said. And we actually had a bit of a nice conversation, despite the fact that it was entirely through highly simplified English and gesturing.
TESL test today went... Okay. I really hate essay exams. And the last exam was entirely multiple choice, too! Oh well, I guess it's good that Prof. Margolis switches it up every time so every testing preference gets a chance, and a challenge.
Anyways, back to the benkyou.
[EDIT: Woot - the AP recording's on Friday this week! Just gotta get home by 7:30. ^_^]
