akaneko brought up the need for staff at Mori no Ike village weekend from Thursday the 28th to Sunday the 2nd, which I'm considering applying for. I'd be missing about 8 hours of work, or $68, but she says she's gotten $35-75 per weekend in the past, so it wouldn't be the worst, and it would be good experience and potentially helpful if I try to get a job with CLV this summer. Not to mention it sounds like a lot of fun. I'd also need to make sure to attend a bio lab earlier in the week. Not looking forward to the essaying on the application, though.
It seems like I'm starting to kill the covering on my computer desk, but not in a way that requires a new desk at all, which kind of sucks because at this rate it'll start to look really ugly really fast. *tries to be more careful*

Be sure to get the Village Weekends app rather than the summer programs app - the weekend one is much shorter and simpler, and you only need to list a couple people as references, rather than get letters of recommendation.
